Wednesday Wants! Design MEG Jewelry!

I love this headband!  It is perfect for the bride of today!  Soft accents of freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals.  Here is my question:  Should this headband stay as it is, finished with combs, to attach behind the ears?....OR would you prefer to see it with a ribbon ending?
What would you like to see it named?
I am excited for feedback!
xoxoxo, Meg

Wednesday Wants Winner!

I am still on the edge about this necklace.  Because of the lack of responses, I am going back to my design studio for this necklace.  I want to keep the lines and the "feel" but change the "body" of the necklace.  I will repost the new necklace soon.  Then you can let me know if the new version makes the cut, or if I just scrap the idea all together.
Here is this necklace on this beautiful bride I worked with at Simply Elegant Trunkshow in St. Louis (http://www.simplyelegantstl.com/).  She paired it with the Maxine posts.  She was SO gorgeous!

Wednesday Wants! Design MEG Jewelry!

Check out this great cuff.  Personally I love it!  I am just not sure if the the pearls in the center are too bold?  I love this bracelet paired with the Panthea earrings.  Tell me what you think....  Are the pearls too bold?  Should the center be a crystal, and have pearls around it?  Or is it perfect as is?  Don't forget to give me names!  Until next Wednesday....xoxoxo, Meg

Wednesday Wants Winner!

They made it!  I took everyone's advice; the blinged up earrings are the winners.   Thanks to Mickie's recommendation, these will be call the Monique earrings.  Thanks to Kirsten's advice, they will stay on posts, but can be made with french posts.
This gorgeous bride (from Michelle's Bridal trunk show: http://www.michellesbridalshoppe.com/) is seeing if the Monique earrings will be perfect for her wedding day.
Look for tomorrow's new 2012 design...and keep the feedback coming....!  xoxo, Meg

Wednesday Wants Winner!

And the winner is.....The Penny earrings.  The longer of the two win!  I LOVED all of the comments I received last week!  I REALLY loved all of the name choices.  I feel very badly that I did not take any of the name suggestions.  I promise, I have a good reason....  I took these beauties to my trunk show at Mia's Bridal (http://www.miasbridal.com/).  I worked with the chicest bride and MOB.  Long story short, she picked these earrings for her wedding day, and I named them after her, because she looked Amazing!  There is also a fantastic woman that works at Silk a Bridal Boutique (http://www.silkabb.com/).  Her name is Penny and she would love these earrings.
Keep the suggestions coming for next week.....

Wednesday Wants! Design MEG Jewelry!

Thank you to all that gave me your very helpful hints on last weeks earrings.  I LOVED hearing everything...Please continue every week!  The results will be posted next week- so keep checking back!
Today for Wednesday Wants (yes, you are not going crazy: It is really Thursday...ooops!) is a new pair of earrings.  These earrings are the perfect length for almost anyone.  AT 2 3/4 inches, they hang just below the jawline. They are also on a post.
I am currently very inspired by an old movie called Imitation of Life.  I am loving lots of bling complimented by the softening of small pearls.
I am wondering if these earrings have too much filigree and not enough bling...which is why I need YOUR help!  As you look at your screen, on the left side, you see the earring has more filigree.  This gives these earrings a bit more of a casual feeling.  On the right side, I have added little Swarovski crystals hanging from the filigree.  This creates a completely different feel on the earrings.  Much more dramatic.  Here is the question:  Should they make the 2012 line?  If so, which one (more bling, less bling)?  Should they stay as posts, or be on a frenchwire?  And what would you name them?
Can't wait to hear!
