Wednesday Wants! Design MEG Jewelry!

Hello to my fellow social networking friends!  Here is the newest piece.  I have added some dimension to this bracelet.  Also adding a softness with the light crystals and soft pearl accents.  What do you think?  No elevation in the center, or just as it is?  Thanks! xoxoxo, Meg

Wednesday Wants Winner!

She is a winner just as she is.  However no problem to have it made with a ribbon instead of the comb.  I do love ribbons, so romantic and girly.  I also love the versatile option of wearing it as a necklace, if finished with ribbon, instead of combs.  Thanks Jeri!  She will be called Cierra.

Wednesday Wants! Design MEG Jewelry! ...only it's Thursday

I have been feeling very retro this season.  I love the shapes in this headband and bracelet.  They need names!  Please give me your feedback on what you would call these pretty girls.

Wednesday Wants! Design MEG Jewelry!

I will start off by saying that these earrings are already named.  I worked with a beautiful bride, at Marah's Elegant Bridal (See last weeks' trunk show blog).  Her name was Brooke, and these were her earrings.  They instantly became the Brooke earrings.  The earrings are perfect.  But I thought you may want to see the set.
I also love the necklace, but need feedback!  I love the cusion cut, the glamour, the filigree...but I am not sure if it needs more?!  What do you all think... Should the necklace be bigger?  Should it have a drop?  Feedback please!!!!!!
xoxox, Meg

Wednesday Wants Winner!

She's in!  I loved all of the names chosen, but the name that really talked to me is Mirabella.  Thanks Chrissy for the suggestion.  I really loved all of the other names, but she is a Mirabella!  I have created a more crystallized version of Mirabella.  Look for her picture soon! Until next week...xoxoxo, Meg

MEG Jewelry from wedding to street wear!

I love happy brides! I think this fantastic woman was the happiest bride I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  She is wearing my favorite necklace from my upcoming 2012 line (asymmetrical, chunky, pearl, crystal, fabulous necklace).  She paired this necklace with the Maxine posts and my new silk flower with touches of feather comb!  PERFECTION!!!!!  She was so excited with her bridal jewelry that she kept it on with her street clothes.  She fell more in love, as she sees how re-wearable the jewelry is!  Love her!

Michelle's Bridal MEG Jewelry Trunk Show

The fun and fabulousness did not stop at Michelle's Bridal in Urbana, IL.   http://www.michellesbridalshoppe.com/.

I had to add a picture of Michelle.  Michelle is amazing!  She started this amazing boutique over 27 years ago.  This is THE place to go for bridal and prom wear!
Next we have a gorgeous bride trying on all of the MEG Jewelry earrings.  She did finally pick THE perfect pair.  You will all have to wait to see which pair she picked, after she posts her wedding pictures.  EXCITING!

Congratulations Heather!

After blogging about Brooke, I had to add this picture of her (very pregnant) sister, Heather.  Heather also wore MEG Jewelry to her wedding (and to many other events....possibly even while giving birth?!).  Heather is now a very proud mom to baby Lola!  Congratulations!
....I feel a piece of jewelry named Lola will be coming soon...

Magnificent Marah (Elegant Brial Trunk Show)

We did it again!  Another wonderful show at Marah's Elegant Bridal in Mt. Horeb, WI.! http://www.marahselegantbridal.com/.  Even baby Isla couldn't keep her hands off the jewelry!  Here is a beautiful bride, Brooke.  Brooke is the second in her family to wear MEG Jewelry to her wedding.  I brought a few pieces from my new 2012 line (still in design process).  Brooke was instantly attached to these beautiful earrings.  They are now appropriately named Brooke!  She also choose the Isla braclet.  Can you guess who the Isla braclet is named after?...ohh yahh: this cute little girl, who calls Marah her mommy.

Vowed in Elegance MEG Jewelry Trunkshow

I met many wonderful women at Vowed in Elegance in Mankato, MN (www.vowedinelegance.com ) .  Here are two beautiful brides I worked with.  The first bride wanted a warm, elegant look for her wedding.  She choose the Tiye earrings, and Nala bracelet.
The next gorgeous bride wanted a completely different look.  She wanted a bold earring with a big silk flower with feathers.  She got just what she wanted with the Panthea earrings, and a new silk flower (coming soon).  She finished off the look with a dainty James bracelet.
