Selecting Jewelry

We at Meg Jewelry often get asked what to pair with certain dresses. This is always a fun task but there are some general rules to follow when selecting your wedding jewelry. Remember to always have fun with this process and step outside the box. If you are uncomfortable with following these general rules, take your own stride and make it your own!
The first general rule to follow involves the use of drops. Necklace drops are so beautiful and come in a variety of sizes, shapes and materials. Meg Jewelry has and continues to be a leader in using a variety of drops from Swarovski crystals to sterling silver filigree's. If you would like to incorporate a drop necklace into your wedding wear, be sure to select a v-neck wedding gown or one that will contour towards your necklace.          The next general rule to follow involves choker, bib, collar, en esclavage, fringe, riviere and torsade necklaces. If you are wearing any of the previous necklaces, be creative with your dress selection. These types of necklaces offer you versatility and the ability to select nearly any dress.
